Oil/Mist Contamination: Exhaust air from various pneumatic components, such as valves and cylinders, generally contains a significant amount of oil mist, which pollutes the working environment. By using the Conveyor X, oil mist is collected from the exhaust air, which is coalesced and collected in an integral translucent container, thus preventing oil mist entering the atmosphere. The oil collected should be drained by removing the cap or piped away using plastic tubing. Noise Pollution: Expanding exhaust air produces both sudden and excessive noise, at levels generally above accepted safety standards, which makes the working environment both unpleasant and unsafe. The coalescing media of the Conveyor X is specially designed to absorb these sudden shocks of exhaust air. By allowing expansion to occur in a controlled manner, noise levels are greatly reduced, thus creating a healthier working environment. The Conveyor X is disposable and should be changed when the back pressure becomes excessive for your particular installation. Noise Level Reduction: 25dBA.
