Made from premium-grade ester Pre-PUR polyurethane, reinforced with a heavy-duty spring steel wire helix. Wall Thickness: 1.5mm approx. Applications: Suction and transport hose for highly abrasive materials using high flowrates, e.g.powder, granules, chippings, etc. Also suitable for fumes or gaseuos media. Permenatly anti-static wall, <109Ω. Excellent abrasion resistance. Flame retardant to DIN 4102-B1 and UL94-V2. Microbe resistant. Wire spiral reinforcement can be earthed. High tensile strength and tear resistance. Smooth bore, optimised flow (observe direction of flow arrow). Good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals. Heavyweight, increased pressure and vacuum. Use clamp type 212/212EC, 216 (refer to page 488)
